I would like to thank Rebecca, Kieth and Matt for checking out our free open gym this Saturday. It was cool having you guys and everyone did awesome! Stop by anytime.
Next weekend the gym will be closed Saturday and Sunday, and part of the day Friday. While this is a great opportunity to get some much needed rest, its also a great chance to get out of the gym and enjoy the weather. I’m not suggesting anything specific but you all know each other,think of something fun you could do with the families and meet up outside of the gym.
Or come to Flagstaff and cheer us on!

FNA Challenge is going pretty smoothly. There are quite a few people who have not missed a workout yet and are claiming to be logging their meals. I will check in with BTW to see when the meals tab will become visible to others. Keep up the great work! Also next weekend is a free weekend for the challenge.
