Updates: This Sunday the gym will be open from 9am until 10:30. There seems to be quite a bit of interest so if we all work together we should be able to keep it pretty streamlined and get everyone in and out!


The FNA challenge is up and running. Remember starting this Friday all your meals will be visible on Beyond the Whiteboard.


Next weekend (April 18th and 19th) are our qualifiers. It looks like the gym will be closed. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Honestly the last thing we want is our doors closed and you guys not working out.

You guys did absolutely amazing today! We had quite a few people run 5 kilometers for the first time ever today!! We even had a member do it from 1200 miles away in Hawaii. Though we didn’t have the elevation and hills to deal with James, there was quite a bit of wind…

    Since I’ve started crossfit, I haven’t played any sports… So, anyone interested in putting their new fitness to the test? Any sport will do. Chess, bowling, soccer, volleyball, basketball, football, hockey? Post your sport of choice and let’s get something going.

    Im still up for the game of kickball!! But then again some football or even b-ball sounds pretty good if lunch is involved… when are you thinkin? its gonna be pretty warm here real soon
