		<description>When I saw that Nancy was today’s WOD I felt the need to create a new word to describe what I was feeling. That word is &quot;corifying&quot;. Its dictionary entry would look something like this:

Main Entry: corifying
Function: adjective 
Date: circa 2009
1 : causing terror or apprehension, as it relates to one&#039;s core.

Also, I&#039;ve posted a training habits questionnaire on the CF Fury Faccebook Group that I found on San Francisco CrossFit&#039;s site. It&#039;s from America’s top muscle lengthener, Kelly Starrett, and may give you some insight as to where you want to try and improve your training as you progress through the F&#039;N A Competition.</description>
