Regional Qualifiers are this weekend, no free Saturday class or regular classes after the 10:30am on Friday until Monday morning. Remember a few members are meeting at Desert Edge Highschool track on Saturday at 10am. Nothing like the 400m track to do some speed work… Post any questions or info you have about this weekend to the comments.

The Gracie Jiu Jitsu program is now official at CrossFit Fury. The pilot class successfully ended today and now starts the official program. Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm and Saturdays after Judo at 12:30pm. Definitely something cool to check out and an excellent compliment to the CrossFit program.
