SO we are finally ironing out the details of our little inner gym competition. Now you guys need to realize that this is not going to be easy, two months of trying to not miss a day in the gym and keeping track of what you eat 3 outta 4 days is no joke. I commend everyone who goes at this whole heartedly, the results will far outweigh your efforts.
I spent this past weekend rock climbing near Superior Arizona with a class through the college. It was an excellent time and quite the workout. I spoke with the lead guy in regards to a private, small group, weekend adventure this summer. The choices in activities range from cayoneering, whitewater rafting, rock climbing and outdoor survival and a few others I have forgotten. The companies website is One Day Adventures. Im not really suggesting anything (yet) but thought I would put the idea out there, might be nice to get a little break from the heat come August…
