The beauty of a developed anterior chain (aka; quads, abdominal, hip flexors and a few others) is undeniable. What other group is responsible for looking good on the beach and having a great jerk at the same time! Hey Mike and I showed up for the 3pm class saterday which doesn’t exist!!! Why is there not a saturday 3pm? Anyways Its no big deal We ran the 5k anyways and did a SICK warm-up
