Seiryoku Zenyo (Maximum efficiency through minimal effort)

Judo was pretty cool today, defiantly a good complement to CrossFit. It was quite fitting with todays workout being Olympic lifting and then the Instructor Scott explaining how Judo is about maximal efficiency.

Congrats Carl for getting that muscle up today, trust me you will be repping them out before you know it. Unfortunately Ive been slacking with the camera so it was not on video…
