Recovery

ahh the rest day… its a very important item in our programming. Without appropriate rest, progress will diminish and the joy of training will not last. Speaking of recovery, how much thought do you put into your post workout meal? Myself usually not so much, but I may start looking at it differently thanks to Robb Wolfs article.

So Saturday marks our first day of Judo. The class will start between 12:30 -1:00pm and is totally free for you to come down, meet the instructor and check things out. This invitation is open to everyone, not just CrossFit Fury members.

Next week is Thanksgiving and of course we will be open for you dedicated (obsessed) people… Thursday and Friday we will have 1 class at 10am. Then business as usual on Saturday.
