Those of you new to CrossFit there are a few things essential to your success:

1. Nutrition    

2.Competitiveness  

3. A Journal to track performance and finally    

4. A PUMICE STONE or small belt sander to take care of those hands!

So it is time to really start planning for next years CrossFit Games. The details for the affiliate cup have just been announced here. The affiliate cup would be an excellent addition to CrossFit Fury so lets get to it!
